Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Whitenicious, we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene for our customers. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we maintain a strict exchange-only policy.
Customers have 24 hours from confirmed delivery to request an exchange. Requests made after 24 hours will not be approved.
We do not offer refunds.
We only accept exchanges for items that are unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging.
Approved exchanges are subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus all applicable shipping costs. The remaining balance will be applied as store credit or toward your replacement item.
Exchange Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be unopened and sealed
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
Any product that has been opened, used, altered, or tampered with cannot be exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Promotional or sale items
- Health and personal care items that have been opened
- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts not caused by our error
- Requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery
Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to confirm eligibility.
We reserve the right to deny any exchange that does not meet the requirements of our policy.
If approved, your exchange or store credit will be issued. If denied, the product may be returned to you at your expense.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a product that is defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of:
- the item received
- the packaging
- the shipping label
Failure to provide documentation within the required timeframe may result in denial of the request.

Packages sent without approval may be refused.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the approved exchange amount.
If the order was not marked as a gift, store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
